Kung Fu

Our Kung Fu classes offer an active and fast-paced way for people of all ages and fitness levels to get in shape while building both physical and mental strength and balance. Each class begins with warm-up exercises and stretching designed to physically condition your body as you advance through the training material. For each rank, students will train a new form or weapon skill that is required to advance to the next level. Our training helps students to build self-discipline, willpower, patience, and confidence. They will also increase their physical health and longevity through strength, flexibility, and balance.

Kids and Adult Classes

We offer classes for both kids and adults, offering an opportunity to get strong and fit while teaching important life skills of focus and self-discipline.

Tai Chi

Our internal arts classes invite you to slow down and breathe while you develop both inner strength and outer balance. Tai Chi, Pa Kua, and Xingyi are all taught in our internal arts classes. The internal martial arts emphasize tapping into your internal body mechanics and energy. The principles covered in these classes will help the student improve their breathing and efficiency of movement. Practicing internal arts like Tai Chi provides many benefits, including reducing stress, improving breathing and circulation issues, and addressing issues with joint mobility and balance. Tai Chi is for all ages, young and old.
